Our Story

Our journey began over 12 years ago in Pune, founded by Moshe Aston, an Organizational Development expert. Moshe envisioned a consultancy that would redefine training and development across industries. Since then, AKC has conducted workshops for clients like P&G, Bharat Forge, JSW, Hero MotoCorp, and Kalyani. Our influence extends beyond corporate borders to rural communities through our "English for All" (E4A) program, empowering over 1,000 candidates in Sholapur. Our training programs, both onsite and online, are interactive and multilingual, led by Moshe Aston and his team of experts. We focus on small, personalized batches of no more than 20 participants, ensuring high-impact learning. Our aim is to attract, retain, and develop staff to handle company growth, step up to leadership roles, and mentor associates effectively.
