Moshe Aston
Founder & CEO
Moshe Aston, from a family of academics, has over 20 years of corporate experience in Marketing, Operations, and Training both in India and abroad. With 10 years in Organizational Development (OD) and training, he has co-authored a book on Skill Development and serves on the Board of Studies at MIT ADT University.
Moshe led various soft skills workshops for corporate clients like Kalyani Bharat Forge, Maxion Wheels, KTFL, INMET, CGM, Creative Components, and REHAU. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he conducted training on efficient remote work, including ongoing programs with Bharat Forge Ltd. He also taught Management and Business Communication at Neville Wadia Institute of Management, Pune.
AKC, under Moshe's guidance, developed induction and process training programs in Hindi and English for Rehau Polymers and KTFL. Currently, he is engaged with KTFL for their ongoing MDP program. Moshe has trained groups in the UK, transitioned B2B telesales projects from the UK to India, and represents the Indian subcontinent for the French audio brand Celto Acoustique. His team also specializes in CSR training, conducting sessions in Marathi and Hindi for Kalyani Skills on Creativity at Workplace and Vyaktimatva Vikas.

With over 15 years of corporate experience at companies like Wipro, Zensar Technologies, and Lakme Lever, Trisha is an expert in grooming, personality development, and cross-cultural training. At Aston Knowledge Council (AKC), she has significantly enhanced online training through engaging, interactive activities for clients like Bharat Forge in 2020.
Trisha is also an Instagram influencer, focusing on solo travel, grooming, and entrepreneurial skills. She believes in empowering young women and professionals to live their dreams, travel solo, and explore self-discovery.
Her international experience includes working in healthcare management in Detroit, USA, where she managed client profiling, administration, and billing at a rehabilitation center. She is a POSH trainer, Image and Personal Branding coach, and Soft Skills advocate, trained from the Image Consulting Business Institute SQA, Scotland, and accredited by NABET.
Ruchi has worked with over 10,000 business professionals, enhancing their management, leadership, and communication skills. Her strength lies in one-on-one corporate coaching, relationship building, and clarifying client needs to maximize training ROI. She has conducted training across IT, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Finance, Banking, Consulting, Restaurants, Sports Academies, and Educational Institutions.
Ruchi holds a Limca Book of Records title for "Dress for Success" and has been honored by Excellence Dhyas Foundation. She has published 10 articles under the "Brand You" category for Women at Work magazine and has been featured in leading Indian dailies and magazines. He served in the Indian Armed Forces for 15 years and was part of the team that computerized the Naval Pay Office, Mumbai, creating the first client-server software for the Navy in 1987. He specializes in web development, internet and email solutions, and communications using ICT.

Tushar B. Kute

Mr. Tushar B. Kute is a data scientist and trainer at MITU Research, Pune. He holds an engineering degree from the College of Engineering, Pune, and a Master's in Computer Engineering from Marathwada Institute of Technology, Aurangabad. Currently, he is pursuing a PhD in Computer Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
With 17 years of experience in training and development, Tushar has been working in artificial intelligence since 2012. He holds a Global Certification in Python Programming from Microsoft Technology Associate and is involved in industry projects related to AI, data science, machine learning, and business intelligence.
Associated with AKC for the past year, Tushar has trained individuals from diverse fields, including mechanical and electrical engineering, commerce, linguistics, and medical sciences.

Vinay is an entrepreneur and trainer with over 20 years of diverse experience in global environments. He has set up offshore centers, led multi-functional teams, and traveled extensively. As an expert content creator and associate at Aston Knowledge Council, Vinay has designed induction training content for KTFL.
A qualified Cost Accountant and Math graduate, Vinay has worked in IT, engineering, finance, and talent acquisition. His interests include people development, branding, and digital presence. He is a certified Cambridge English professional (BEC higher) and enjoys traveling and engaging with people from various backgrounds.
Vinay has conducted over 100 training programs on topics such as inspirational leadership, first-time managers, problem-solving, project management, emotional intelligence, customer service, network building, and trust-based selling.

Dr. NM Aston
Former Head of the Department of English - Nowrosjee Wadia
Dr. N. M. Aston, a dynamic academician, served as the Head of the Department of English at Nowrosjee Wadia College and took charge as the In-Charge Principal on January 1, 2004. He completed his early education at St. Vincent's High School, Pune, in 1965 and graduated from Nowrosjee Wadia College in 1969. He went on to earn a Postgraduate Diploma in The Teaching of English from The Central Institute of English & Foreign Languages, Hyderabad, and later obtained his Ph.D. from the University of Pune for his thesis, A Stylistic Analysis of Bhabani Bhattacharya's Novels. Dr. Aston has an impressive academic portfolio, having published four books, edited five (including one published in London), and contributed around sixty research articles to reputed books and journals. He has also served as a consultant and writer for twenty-eight Study Aid Textbooks for the Distance Education Centre at the University of Pune. Additionally, he has participated in 55 Doordarshan programs and delivered approximately fifty talks for All India Radio.
Beyond academia, Dr. Aston has had a distinguished tenure in the Naval Wing of the NCC, achieving the rank of Lieutenant Commander. In recognition of his meritorious service, the President of India awarded him the honorary rank of Commander. He is also a recipient of three medals from the Director General of NCC and serves on the Chief Minister's Advisory Committee for NCC, Government of Maharashtra. His leadership extends to various educational and advisory roles, including membership on the Board of Control and Governing Council of Ahmednagar College, trusteeship at the Centre for Studies in Rural Development, and a position on the Advisory Committee of the Board of Studies in English at the University of Mumbai.
Dr. Aston's contributions to education have earned him numerous accolades, including the Dr. M. V. Gokhale Felicitation Prize (1989), the Sarvapalli Dr. Radhakrishnan Award for Efficient Teaching (1994), multiple Best Teacher Awards from the Pune Municipal Corporation and All India Jain Federation, and the Man of the Year title from the American Biographical Institute (2000). A staunch believer in God, Dr. Aston attributes his journey to divine guidance, floating through life on a raft provided by the Divine.

Joshua Aston is the Associate Dean of Law and a member of the Executive Team at the School of Business and Law, Edith Cowan University (ECU), Australia.
